Grilled Swordfish with Pico De Gallo


  • 1 large swordfish filet
  • Blackening seasoning or salt and pepper
  • 1 lemon, halved
  • ¼ cup Tabla Fresca Farmstand Pico De Gallo


  • Season fish with salt and pepper
  • Grill or bake in 450F oven for 12 – 15 min or until internal temperature reaches 160F
  • Top with Tabla Fresca Farmstand Pico De Gallo and squeeze half a lemon over top
  • Garnish with the second lemon half
