Bun-less Black Bean Burger


  • 1 crunchy tortilla
  • 1/2 fresh avocado diced
  • 1/4 cup shucked fresh corn
  • 1T diced red onion
  • 4 sprigs of fresh cilantro
  • 1 black bean burger 
  • 2T Tabla Fresca Farmstand Salsa
  • lime wedge for garnish


In a nonstick skillet with the heat on medium heat, slowly sauté the black bean burger, turning often, so you do not burn the burger, after cooking turn off heat and let the burger rest. To construct the dish, place the tortilla shell in the middle of the plate, place burger in shell add avocado, corn, red onion and cilantro, top with Tabla Fresca Farmstand salsa garnish with the lime wedge, now enjoy.
